Wayne Harris, Originally from Montreal, Quebec and having worked with teens via the regional Black Community Centers and the City of Montreal, Wayne was enlisted by the community leaders to develop after-school educational and sports programming before moving to Toronto. Being one of the participants in an inaugural High School credit course for Black History in 1981, enlightened him to the concept of mentorship and the fact that Black students were unaware of their rich history beyond slavery and the US Civil Rights Movement.

Since being in the Greater Toronto Area, Wayne has consistently mentored, lectured, trained, and developed curriculum for after school programs for the City of North York at the Lawrence Heights Community Center and the Citizens for the Advancement of Community Development in Mississauga. Today he is a sales professional with over 16 years of experience selling Information Technology solutions in the Canadian, US, and Caribbean markets. His communication and relationship building skills will be leveraged to build 100 Strong funding and community relationships. Wayne holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and several IT Security related certifications.
