Shereen Ashman is a survivor of gun violence turn Social Entrepreneur and self-described community champion. Head and heart deep into building communities that are economically strong, Shereen develops programs for youth, entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations.

With over 10 years in the sector, today, Shereen is the Program Coordinator at CEE Center for Young Black Professionals – (previously Community Empowering Enterprises). She engineers the organization’s career training and development program for youth ages 18-29. Since spearheading the pilot in 2013, her program and mentees have been featured in the Toronto Star, CBC and United Way of Toronto 2014 Campaign.

By nights and weekends Shereen is a serial side-hustler having launched several lifestyle and cause focused projects under her first business: Stile Diva Inc. and current social enterprise A.S.A.P (A Shereen Ashman Project). IDE8t is her newest adventure.

Running and consulting on projects in Toronto and the Caribbean, her client and collaboration roster include Actress Tika Sumpter, St. Maarten Tourism Board and Celebrity Stylist Nadia Vassell, among others.
