Roger Cogle is the Vice President, Real Estate and Construction for the Greater Toronto Region at RBC. In the capacity of Vice President, he is responsible for the leadership and performance of Real Estate and Construction development across the Greater Toronto Region.

Prior to this role, he was on a two years Execution Leadership Development program across Royal Bank and also held the position of Regional Vice President, Retail and Specialized Business for all 17 countries across – Caribbean.

Roger joined RBC in March 2012 as the Market Head, Personal Banking and Managing Director RBC Jamaica.

An accomplished leader with over 20 years experience in the financial services sector who has held a number of senior leadership positions in Canada and across the Caribbean.

Prior to joining RBC, Roger worked with Scotiabank where he held positions such as Assistant General Manager for Retail Banking and District Vice President for the Jamaica operations before he was seconded to the International Division in Toronto where held various senior positions such as Director of English Caribbean, Director Sales and Service supporting countries across the Caribbean, South & Central America.

Roger is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, Bachelor of Science in Management Studies and of Manchester Business School, UK, with a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Banking..

He Married to Deanah and has two daughters, Camalee and Annaleise.
