Richard Scott is an Audit Manager at one of the Big Five banks, with a focus on the Capital Markets unit Prior to joining the financial services sector, Richard was an Audit Manager with Ernst and Young Toronto. His experience includes implementation
of accounting policies, providing services to private hedge funds, mutual & pooled funds, segregated funds, asset base lending institutions, broker dealers and trust companies involved in securitization.

In addition to auditing Canadian public companies and U.S. SEC registrants, he was an Ernst and Young staff development instructor for courses in accounting and auditing.
