RANDY JOSEPHS – VP, KISKO CANADA
Randy is the VP of Operations for Kisko Products in Woodbridge managing up to 130 employees and having five departments reporting to me daily. We have deployed innovative technology within our manufacturing operations with slim budgets. As we have grown we have been able to acquire Government funding for our larger expansion projects.
As an Advisory Board Member for Centennial College I have been involved in developing new programs and changes to current curriculum. Recently I have given Lectures on behalf of them in New Delhi at The FICCI Educational Summit.
Randy is a Taekwondo Instructor at Authentic Taekwondo in Markham, and teach and work with students from 4-18 years of age. Randy teaches our teen leadership program which involves mentoring, life skills coaching, practical application to daily life.
As a Board Member of Chef Relief I am in charge of Security arrangements for our Teams. We have had teams in New Orleans right after Hurricane Katrina, Florida Hurricane Ivan and Haiti as just a few of the disasters that we have had to provide food for the people in the area. We still have to meet all food safety and FDA requirements while operating in these areas. I have had to liaison with Red Cross, Salvation Army, FEMA, Local Police and the Military.
