Mark Josephs was born in Jamaica and moved to Toronto, Canada with his parents Christmas Eve of 1975. His parents were the founders of Kisko pops in Jamaica and upon their move to Canada started business all over again with the launch of Kisko Canada. Kisko is now the largest freeze pop manufacturer in Canada and Mark and his brothers now run the day to day operations of the business.

He is actively involved in various leadership roles within his home church Springvale Baptist in Stouffville, Ontario. He understands the importance of developing leaders within an organization in order for it to succeed and more so the importance of that training having a Godly foundation. He actively gives back to his place of birth and he has taught the John Maxwell Leadership EQUIP material at Teen Challenge Jamaica, and Edmonton, AB. Mark believes in giving back to the community at large and encouraging others to achieve their goals and dreams
