As part of the Fairmont Hotel International, Center Talent & Learning team, Lisa will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing and monitoring learning and development strategies and programs for FRHI Hotels & Resorts. Key focus areas include leadership training and service culture training. Lisa will be based out of our Toronto office.

Lisa joins our company from Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions where since 2009, she has held Consultant roles with the Leadership Development Programs/Leadership Solutions and Career Solutions teams. In these roles, Lisa was responsible for the design and development of leadership development programs for front-line, mid-level and senior leaders. Prior to this, Lisa
worked with ACCES Employment as an Employer Marketing & Outreach Specialist (Job Developer) as well as with our company in 2007 as Administrative Assistant to the Vice President, Global Procurement, Fairmont Raffles Hotels International.

Lisa recently completed her Master of Education, Curriculum, Teaching and Learning from the Ontario Institute for Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto. Lisa also holds a Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University as well as a Career and Work Counsellor Diploma from George Brown College. Lisa is a member of the Canadian Society of Training & Development and is a Certified E-Learning Specialist from Langevin Learning Services, New York.
