Jeffrey was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica (West Indies). He attended high school at St. George’s College, Kingston, Jamaica and graduated in 1983. In 1989, He graduated with a BSc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies (UWI), St Augustine, in Trinidad.

Between 1989 and 1999, he held several project management, engineering and logistics roles at Desnoes and Geddes Ltd, Kingston (a brewery). He executed a number of engineering projects including installing a water treatment plant and was involved in a SAP implementation before immigrating to Canada. Prior to coming to Canada, he achieved his Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from the Project Management Institute (PMI), in 1999.

Between 2000 and 2005, he worked at Apotex, in Toronto, in a variety of Information Technology (IT) project management and support roles. Some of these projects included SAP and a MS Project Server implementations. He achieved his MSc. in Computer Information System from the University of Phoenix. From 2006 to 2015, he worked at Maple Leaf Foods, Mississauga in Six Sigma (process improvement), project management and scheduling roles. Examples of his Maple Leaf Foods strategic projects included Project Lego manufacturing consolidation and the Meadowvale Technology project consolidating office space.

Currently, he owns a consulting and contracting company, Creative Project Solutions, Inc. executing IT project management and training work

He is married to Jannette and have 2 children Shane and Zoe. Some of his non-vocational interests include reading, hiking, scouting, and coaching soccer.
