FAITH TULL, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES – RANDSTAD CANADA
Faith Tull is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources discipline. Faith Tull was recently appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Randstad Canada a leading global provider of Staffing, Recruitment and HR Services. In this role, Faith is responsible for leading and directing the human resources team and contributing to the achievement of Randstad Canada’s short and long term business objectives through the development of leading edge human resources programs and services. She will review and establish HR business priorities on an ongoing basis to ensure results have a positive impact on internal & external clients and continue to position Randstad as an employer of choice.
Prior to her most recent appointment Faith was the Vice President, Employee Experience (Human Resources) for FCT (First Canadian Title) Canada’s leading title insurance company for residential and commercial real estate transactions. Faith was the first Executive Leader appointed to manage Human Resources at this organization was a strategic catalyst at the Executive table. As a member of the executive team for this $250 M title insurance company, Faith had national and international responsibility for providing strategic direction to corporate priorities, formulating plans, executive coaching, leadership development, and direction in compliance with legislation related to human resources. Faith most recently led a team of five direct reports and a team of 22 professionals.
Over the years, Faith has been called upon for her strategic leadership skills to guide organizations through activities focused on the enhancement of employee engagement and initiatives that foster attraction and retention. Throughout her career she has been recognized for her expertise in leadership and strategic business partnering.
Faith has a vast academic background that includes a Masters of Human Resources Management degree from York University, a Labour Relations Degree from the University of Toronto, a Business Administration Diploma from Sheridan College as well as a Certificate in Adult Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at U of T.
Faith lends strong support and contributions to a variety of local community charities as well as organizations such as the United Way, World Vision, and the Red Cross to name a few. She also has a passion for volunteering her personal time as a mentor to junior HR professionals and other individuals seeking career advice.
