Erica Griffith attended the University of Waterloo (UW) where she completed an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering. She had the opportunity to complete six different work placements in the UW co-operative education program.

Erica started her career at Ontario Power Generation as a Component Engineer at the Pickering Nuclear generating station and is currently an Operational Risk Analyst.
