Simone received her Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Technology Jamaica in 2003. While practicing as a community Pharmacist in Bermuda she attended the University of Florida where she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2010. Simone has had a diverse working career blending clinical services with management and mentoring experiences. In her current role of Clinical Excellence Manager with Shoppers Drug Mart she brings together her passion for innovation and achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Being from a Caribbean background, she has been taught that hard work and dedication are the keys to success. She has always been an overachiever and was awarded the 2010 Pharmacist of the Year in Bermuda.

She believes keeping a positive attitude is essential in discovering the opportunity in every obstacle and also that “your attitude towards your future will help create your future”.
