A multi-skilled, trained and qualified Development Policy and Planning Expert , An Educator/Trainer, as well as a Legislative Drafter, with a PhD and M.Sc (Econ.) in Planning and Development and Urban Development Planning respectively, from the University College London (UK); a BA (Hons.)-Double Major in Geography and Geology from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica, an LLB (Hons.) from the University of Wolverhampton (UK), a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica and a Certificate in Legislative Drafting from Boston University, USA. Dr Morris is also a Certified Teacher and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC); Certified in Strategic Project/Programme and Performance Management, as well as an Environmental and Social Impact Assessor of Development Projects and Programmes.
Since 2006-Engaged in Volunteerism, Mentoring, Coaching, Counselling and Motivational Speaking. Focus Groups:-

- Vulnerable women, men and youth as well as the conduct of programs for ensuring peak performance and empowerment training for these same groups
- Adult tertiary learners in leadership development training.
- Coaching and advisory for small entrepreneurs.
