Desmond is a versatile Strategic Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion professional, with over 15 years diverse progressive experience. Desmond is a  strategic influencer, adept at problem identification and solving and providing creative and practical solutions with a team oriented focus to achieve organizational goals.

Presently Desmond works at the Region of Peel as a Specialist, in  Diversity and Inclusion . His role as a change agent  is both challenging and satisfying.  Des has a B.A. (Hons) Business Studies and M.A.Strategic Human Resources Management.

Outside of work, you will find Des on the soccer field coaching children and youth.
