Darren grew up in Barrie, Ont, and kind of started his career in high school, after taking part in the Co-Op program, and being placed at a radio station to learn everything he could.

Darren then moved to Sudbury for a retail job, and found out about a similar program called Futures, and was placed at a radio station again. After the program was finished, he was hired by the station, to work mostly in the Promotions dept., but kept trying to get on the air, so finally they gave me a shot, and it led to his first full-time on-air show!

From there Darren moved to London Ont, and worked for another 5 years at a couple stations, then moved to Toronto, where he’s been for 11 years, and have been on the afternoon show for 6 years..!  2-7p Mon-Fri, 98.1 CHFI!
