An experienced Senior HR Leader, specializing in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Christina Holt has built a career in Corporate Canada spanning 19 years working for Fortune 500 companies.

Having spent many of those years assisting executive teams with managing their talent needs, she discovered that the most rewarding part of her job was coaching individuals to become the very best versions of themselves.

While she continues to consult with companies in the area of HR, Christina has branched out on her own to start a company focused on the advancement of women in the workplace.
