ANDREA BRYAN, ACCEL-BUSINESS COACH & FACILITATOR – CENTENNIAL COLLEGE
Andrea Bryan has more than 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector. She began her career as a Project Coordinator, seconded to a Community Organization and educational institution by the Ministry of Citizenship-Ontario Anti-Racism Secretariat where she designed and trained youth to develop their Leadership skills. She worked in a variety of capacities, developing programs, designing and delivering training and leading and mentoring others with the Toronto District School Board, Toronto Police Services Board, Toronto Public Health, Tropicana Community Services Organization, United Way Toronto and George Brown College.
Andrea has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Marketing and Finance as her areas of focus. She is a Certified Life-Skills Coach and a Master Trainer for Aggression Replacement Training (ART®) on integrative pro-social skills development for all populations. She has a Community Development Certificate from ICA Canada. She combines her marketing knowledge and her ability to transfer her business skills to social service coordination, management, planning and training.
Andrea is currently a facilitator and coach with the Campus Linked Accelerator with the Center of Entrepreneurship at Centennial College and a Project Advisor to the developmental team for The3rdSector.com (T3S), an organizational development and professional training platform for non-profits.
She volunteers on select boards and committees, her most recent board positions are with The Canadian Multicultural Inventors Museum and with Smile for a Lifetime Foundation-Greater Toronto Chapter.
