Len is a seasoned Financial Service Professional at IG Wealth Management with over a decade of financial planning experience with High-Net-Worth professionals and business owners.

Len is a member of the Peel Regional Police (PRP) Service Board, the first Black Man to be elected to the role.

He serves on the Board of Governors of the United Way Greater Toronto (UWGT);

and Co-Chaired the Anti-Racism Advisory Committee (ARAC) for the Peel Regional Police and Ontario Human Right Commission.

Mississauga Black Caucus Alliance.

Peel District School Board-We Rise Together Committee.

Peel Regional Police Community Advisory Council.

Past Chair of the UWGT-Black Community Advisory Council. 

and a founding Director of the Federation of Black Canadians.

Len is the recipients of the United Way Community Service Award and twice received the RBC Greater Toronto – Community Service Award. Len has also been recognized for service to community with the Queen Elizabeth 11 Platinum Jubilee award.

Len holds a Fellowship with the Life Management Institute (FLMI), MBA degree, and the PFP designation.

With over 20 years of community service, Len is driven to serve his community with practical and innovative social leadership.
