Topic: “Using Education and Experience to Obtain Influence and Achieve Impact”

This panel discussion aims to inspire participants to leverage their education and experiences to foster significant change within the Afro-Caribbean community in Canada. Our panelists will explore how attendees can position themselves in influential roles across various sectors.

Key focus areas will include enhancing qualifications to serve on boards and within community organizations, effecting positive change in organizational structures in both the private and public sectors, and influencing institutional policies in government and politics.
