Mrs. Dorrette Daley earned her FCIP and CRM designations in Business Management from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
She worked in Personal and Commercial Business underwriting for more than 4 decades. 

As a member of the Insurance Institute of Canada (I.I.C), Dorrette served at the 
Institute of Ontario (I.I.O.) as a Facilitator for several insurance courses, a Proctor and as an Insurance as a Profession Ambassador at Universities, College and High School Career fairs.

With a passion for caring and mentoring the next generation of business professionals Dorrette also volunteers for DECA. ( Demonstrating Excellence Celebrating Achievement) during the regional High School Competitions.
