Kurtis Vermont is a business development professional and social entrepreneur from Toronto. Through his roles in corporate Canada, he has built business to business relationships with well-known companies like Allied Insurance, numerous Blue Cross Blue Shields, Costco, Crocs, Lands’ End, Orbitz, Pay Pal, Pier 1 Imports, Williams Sonoma and many others, driving revenue in the process.

As a social entrepreneur, he has played a key role in building enterprises that offer a sense of community to thousands of professionals and entrepreneurs in Toronto through social profits like Tuni Talks and DYPB – Discover Your Personal Brand. He has also worked with prominent names in the black community, like Honourable Jean Augustine, former deputy police chief Peter Sloly, Cabbie of TSN and Akil Augustine of NBA TV Canada.

Currently, Kurtis is a Business Development Executive at a disaster recovery company, and is responsible for building out the sales strategy and evangelizing technology to small and medium businesses across Canada. He also continues to be an advocate for networking to build strong communities between people in order to advance social and professional success.
