Heather Picart is a Clinical Therapist and & Mental Health Counsellor. She is the Clinical Director of Positive Circles, counselling and support services agency serving the Durham Region and Greater Toronto area. As a member of Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists, Heather offers individual and family based support in resolving issues related to anxiety, depression, marriage and couples relationships and family conflict.

Heather works closely with 3rd party agencies, educators, lawyers, churches, funeral homes and nursing homes to ensure their clients have access to clinical treatment and counselling opportunities that are reasonable, accessible, available and confidential to everyone regardless of socio-economic or ethnic diversity. She received her MA in Professional Counselling from Liberty University.
