Ty Black is a director, filmmaker and professional videographer based in Toronto.

He’s founded and created his own brand, Shot By Ty, in 2014. He has worked on various music videos, television shows and commercials, working with names like Chris Brown, FEVA TV and Nike.

He hopes to be a positive role model by sharing his experiences, struggles and growth; and wants to have a proactive and productive impact on youth who hope to strive in the film and media industry as well.

His goal is to be recognized and appreciated for his talents on a larger scale. He currently spends his time travelling between Toronto and Los Angeles working on varied projects.
