Marcel Greaux is an active Real Estate Entrepreneur, Founder of Garrison Hill Developments, and Co-Founder of Foundry Mortgage Capital.

With over a decade of experience, Marcel began his real estate career by having an acute eye for investment opportunities that created long term wealth. He started out by specializing and acquiring under-performing, under-valued, multi-family & condominium residential properties. Today Marcel is responsible for the ownership & management of a residential portfolio consisting of over 40 doors throughout Toronto, Ontario and Edmonton, Alberta.

Marcel founded Garrison Hill Developments in pursuit of legacy & growing generational wealth by focusing on residential intensification by achieving the best use of urban infill renewal projects. Garrison Hill Developments core strategy is to develop low-rise residential projects near transportation hubs (subway/ light-rail) that are either existing and or have been approved & planned for expansion throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

As a trusted source for real estate investing & financing advisory, Marcel is frequently called upon by Canadian Real Estate Wealth Magazine, Roger TV, MACC TV, whichmortgage.ca and various GTA based real estate clubs as a guest speaker.

Marcel enjoys volunteering his time to lecture and facilitate financial literacy educational activities with various inner city communities, working with organizations like The Toronto Beach Rotary Club The Toronto Kiwanis Boys & Girls Clubs.
