With more than 20 years of experience in the field of human services, Juliet Jackson’s career has allowed her to positively impact the lives of Peel resident through many roles ranging from front line, middle management and senior management at the Region of Peel. Juliet is currently the Director of the Strategic Planning division in the Human Services Department, which includes the Service Manager role for Peel’s Housing System.

Her area of accountability as a member of the Human Services leadership team is to enable the development and implementation of departmental strategies that align with the needs of Peel residents and to oversee the effective and responsible management of the housing system which encompasses anything from homelessness prevention to home ownership pro grams within Peel Region.

Like Maya Angelou, Juliet realized at a young age that our role here on earth is to figure out this journey called humanity which means we must connect spiritually.  For this reason she has spent the last 14 years educating others about the power of self-awareness and its connection to leadership development.  Juliet is a single mother of two children and her formal education has included studies in human services and government administration.
